Parker's proportional pressure relief valves series RE06M*T (NG06) with onboard electronics ensure fast response times and a very low pressure drop due to a powerful solenoid. Thus they are typically used as remote control valves for flow rates below 3 l/min. The integrated electronics is based on the functionality of the digital amplifier PCD00 and enables a linear signal/pressure curve.

QZDPM22-25 FLOW CONTROL VALVE M22X1,5 (633.3011) 

DESCRIPTION
2-way screw-in cartridge-type flow contro valve with M22x1,5 thread, for pressure cavity acc. to ISO 7789. The valve is available in 2 different setting versions: Spanner setting „S“ and turning knob „D“. In its standard form, this control valve can be supplied with five nominal volume flow ranges. The two part cartridge body is made of steel. The surface of the valve is zinc-plated for rust protection.

APPLICATION
These valves are suitable for applications in explosion-hazard areas, open cast and also in mines. The electrical remote control in conjunction with process controls allows economical solutions with repeatable processes. The screw-in cartridge is perfectly suitable for installation in control blocks and is installed in sandwich- (vertical stacked systems) and in flange plates (corresponding data sheets in this register). For machining the cartridge cavity in steel and aluminum blocks, cavity tools are available (hire or purchase). Please refer to the data sheets in register 2.13.

Directional Control Valve - Series D1VW / D1VW*EE | #D1VW020BNJW

The D1VW in NG06 (CETOP 03) is an on/off valve which provides high functional limits in combination with a very low, energy-saving pressure drop. It is optionally available with soft shift option or as explosion proof version according to ATEX and IECEx.
